HOW YOUR ORDER IS SECURELY PACKAGED
We offer very safe, secure and private packaging. You will receive your order in a corrugated cardboard, extra strong box. The rectangular box size fits into standard slot mailbox. Product(s) are sealed snugly in opaque individual jars and/or opaque thick black sealed plastic. Since the jars and/or sealed plastic are opaque and not see through, the contents would be hidden even if the box were to be for some reason broken open. Packages are smell proof as long as they do not sit for long periods of time at the post office. There is no marking of any kind indicating the contents.
HOW YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED
We ship your order via Canada Post. We use the signature not required option, unless otherwise requested. Tracking numbers are sent automatically to you by Canada Post. Please wait approx. 24 hours from submitting order to receive tracking number. Please check junk mail if you think you haven’t received the notice.
We do not accept responsibility for any late deliveries or problems that are the fault of the post delivery.
Quoted shipping times are an estimate and not a guarantee. We routinely deliver boxes to the the Canada Post office the next morning after we receive the order. In some cases, where there is a short backorder situation or we are busier than usual, there could be a minor delay in dropping off your box. We will contact you if we anticipate any major delays; but we do not contact clients for minor delays of less than 24 hours.
In rare cases we receive an order for a product that has sold out and have to make a substitution. This might occur, for example, if we receive several orders from different customers for the same product within a short time window. We try to avoid this problem by updating the website menu quickly, but it still sometimes does happen despite out best efforts. In an event of a sold out product, we may contact you and ask what you want instead, or we make a decision on your behalf so that there is no delay in the shipping of your order. If we choose to substitute a product on your behalf, it will be a reasonable substitution for a comparable or better product. For example, if you ordered a 90% indica strain, we would not substitute for a Sativa. We would only substitute in another Indica of comparable or better quality.
GUARANTEES AND REPRESENTATIONS
The photographs of the product are taken from the actual batch. They are not a stock photo. The product descriptions are written based on our own subjective observations, and/or general information about the strain taken from internet research. There is currently no guarantee of exact chemical content of THC or CBD.
We do not guarantee or endorse any medical claims about marijuana whatsoever. Any health claims on this website, either in our product descriptions or customer comments, are based on anecdotal evidence and opinions and not scientific research.
